How Does The Service Work?
When a member of your admin team requires telephone or remote assistance, their call will be answered directly by a dedicated team of 20+ Microsoft and Apple Certified help desk professionals that work at our London-based service desk.
In the unlikely event that a technical fault cannot be resolved remotely, onsite support will be provided by a member of our field service technician team. Every member of our team is a Microsoft and/or Apple certified professional with at least five years of experience working exclusively within the education sector. In addition, all ICT consultants and field service technicians are subject to regular CRB/DBS checks.
Short-term Contracts + Amazing Service = Long-term Relationships.
At Our ICT, we continue to retain our customers by building long-term relationships and delivering a consistent high standard of service. We will never tie you into lengthy support agreements. A one-month notice period applies in the first 3 months of service with a 3-month notice period applying thereafter.
